Angaston Child Care and Early Learning Centre is located within the Barossa Valley in a small town with an approximate population of 2000 people. We are located on Valley Road next to the Good Shepherd Lutheran School. We have onsite parking and offer a school holiday program for children up to the age of 10 including a before and after school session during the school term.Our Director and Educators are constantly involved in professional development, including a recent study course in Italy where educators experienced the Reggio Emilia philosophy in practice. The Reggio Emilia principles are based the belief that a child is a competent learner and citizen with rights from birth.

Our founder and Approved Provider Judy Atkinson, has been appointed to a number of early childhood boards and has been a Ministerial appointee to two National Child Care Industry Bodies She is constantly lobbying for affordable high quality child care on a political platform. Other innovations and achievements include: establishing employer sponsor care in South Australia in collaboration with Westpac and Bankers Trust; ensuring collaborative relationships with training organisations and providing placements for students, thus investing in the future of early education and care services for children and families.
